1. What payment methods are accepted for orders?
We accept payment by BACS, CHAPS, and Faster Payments. Unfortunately, we do not accept debit or credit card payments.
2. Is it possible to set up a credit account with Surgitrac?
Yes. However, all first orders are issued on a pro forma basis and require advance payment. Subsequent orders may be placed on account, subject to credit approval and a set credit limit.
3. When are invoices issued and what are your standard payment terms?
Invoices are issued on the day of despatch and are subject to strict 30-day payment terms.
