In light of the uncertainty we are all facing in our daily lives with the outbreak of COVID19, please see our Business Continuity plans below.

We are confident that our internal plans, which take on board guidance from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and Public Health England will minimise the impact on our customers and partners.

Our telephone lines will remain open and currently it is business as usual. We are monitoring the situation closely and will update you if there are any changes. Supporting the welfare of our customers, partners and colleagues’ is our absolute priority and we’re working hard to make sure we’re here to help as the situation develops. With that in mind, effective from Monday 16 March 2020, we’ve put the following measures in place to mitigate the risk, until further notice:

• A restriction of all inter office travel, with employees encouraged to work from home.

• On-site meetings with customers, partners and suppliers will be restricted for all but business critical services.

• Off-site meetings with customers, partners and suppliers will be conducted where possible by telephone or through video conferencing.

• We have suspended all non-UK travel.
