1. Can I track my order once it's been dispatched?
Yes, tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
2. What if an instrument is out of stock?
We will always aim to offer an alternative instrument where possible and provide an estimated delivery date.
3. Can you arrange timed and same-day deliveries?
Yes, timed deliveries (10:30 am or noon) are available for next-day delivery. Same-day deliveries can be arranged, subject to price on agreement with the customer.
